A search for a simple bakery before taking my train, I did not expect such a discovery: simply my heart blows to St jean de luz. Upon entering, it is immediately understood that local products (good valued at the counter) make the essence of the kitchen. the hotel offers a simple menu: some sandwiches, a salad, one or two dishes. I chose the sweet and wet sandwich of potatoes: delicious. accompanied by a Basque cola, a beautiful discovery. As for chocolate biscuit, it’s probably one of the best I’ve tasted in the last ten years. Finally, the kindness of the staff completes this painting, and contributes to making this place a must in st jean de luz.
