Refused to add boba to slush drinks. Refused to sub for plant based milk (paid upgrade) must order from plant based menu if you want something plant based which defeats the entire purpose of a plant based milk sub option. Guy said it 's because management says he has to follow strict recipe but no where on the menu or site or within the store does it say no substitutions allowed. Should have read the bad reviews before going! We tried to ask if a drink can be made with less sugar and the guy said, “only the drink with the sugar mark can be adjusted. If everyone comes in and asks for a different setting then we gotta change everything” interesting response to ask a customer leave.Wonder if the owner care about the business then he/she should hire polite staff with better knowledge or communication skill.
Pretty decent tea, especially for the neighbourhood. Lots of reviews complain about the service, but it wasn't that bad. Besides, it's a tea place; who cares.
I've never had such bad service as I had in the store. When I asked about their snacks, they didn't know what was in stock, and when I had wanted to change the tip amount, the service staff let out an audible sigh and then slammed the drinks in front of me when they were ready. Never coming back
I ordered through the hungry panda website since there was a discount. However, the online menu had different English names than the in-person menu. I asked the cashier if the drinks were the same, and she wasn’t too sure. I asked what tea they used, but she also wasn’t too sure for that drink.I ordered it anyways, and didn’t get what I expected. I ordered a mango tea but it taste more like orange … which isn’t bad but I expected a mango drink. I also thought the drink would come with pearls, but it didn’t so I asked if they could add some in (before I opened it) and I’d pay for the additional cost, but they refused. I understand they’re not an English brand, but I wish the menu or staff was more clear on their drinks bc I ended up paying $6.5 for something different than what I had in mind.Feel like there was a major communication gap. The store isn’t suited for more English speakers.

Guy said it 's because management says he has to follow strict recipe but no where on the menu or site or within the store does it say no substitutions allowed. His explanation is that the manager is a d!ck and he would get chewed out if he made anything that is not as is on the menu. Have never had this issue at other YiFang locations. TL:DR Avoid if you have any dietary allergies or preferences. Or if you like boba in your slush drinks.
