What Courtney Taylor doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I went to this location to get an ice capp and recieved a cup of tasteless frozen cream. They use a completely different ice capp mixture than any other location. It's a beige creamy mixture, not the dark brown slush at other locations. When I asked a out it they lied and said that corporate changed the mixture. We ordered breakfast sandwich only portion that was hot was the egg, steak bun were cold.Not Going Back There.
No idea why I was denied an iced coffee because “they don’t have that”. So I simply asked if they could make the hot late…and just pour it over ice… she said yes as I was paying and it still came out hot.
