My negroni was amazing. The salt and pepper squid was sub par — awkward cuts of squid that weren’t friend properly and actually lacked salt flavor. Split pea was good. View all feedback.
Salt and pepper squid was good, but know that it also has jalapeño peppers — which is not mentioned on the menu, so I was a little surprised by how spicy they were. Lips were numb. Good, but spicy.
Pulled pork poutine and a juicy slab of pork chop with heaps of tasty lard — they’re called the flying pig for a reason!
Get the bone marrow cheesy bread! The salmon platter was pretty good too. The walnut old fashion was not my fav—a little too thick with the maple syrup. Great vibe.
I loved the BC salmon, and the quinoa risotto that came with it. Delectable.
Daily feature pasta is always a good choice, also the appetizers menu the Appy Hour from 3-6pm
