Review for restaurant only. Came for Dine Out Vancouver and tried the “tasting menu” some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Everything seemed straight out of the can or plastic container from Safeway with no other originality, incredibly overpriced, one lamb shank was well done and one was so rare as to be inedible, and I’m fairly sure I got food poisoning from this meal. I ate at the restaurant for the first time and it was delicious. The view of the ocean was perfect ? My only minor complaint was my napkin had a small stain on it...
Sylvia Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the city of Vancouver. It dates back to 1912 and was designed by MR.W.P. Initially, it was an apartment building, but then it changed to being a hotel.The building is very beautiful, with a row of plants on its facade. Inside it has a very beautiful old and classic design
