What Scott X doesn't like about Paul's Omelettery:
Pro tip guys. There is a small notepad on the podium when you walk in. MAKE SURE too write you name and party size when you come. If it's busy, if your name isn't on the list, your not getting a seat. View all feedback. What Carolyn C likes about Paul's Omelettery:
This place is packed on weekends — but definitely worth the wait. Their fluffy omelettes are a gift from God. Pair with a single pancake on the side and your life is complete. View all feedback.

Super busy but awesome place to eat. Omelettes are awesome and eggs Benedict too.
Sadly it has gone down hill. Price increased a bit but the poached eggs were way overcooked and pan fries were too soft.
Often busy. Don't wait for someone to get your name. Go to the counter and write it down on the pad provided. (Zimmer is my go-to)
Personal fave: the Florentine omelette! Ask for it with egg whites and you've got yourself a nice, light, veggie protein fueled brunch.
Best hot sauce I have ever had. Bar none. Scotch bonnet peppers, Congo peppers…amazing. Service was great too.:
