Contribute Feedback What Josh Gemmell likes about Ajisai Sushi:
Ajisai isn't a typical Vancouver sushi restaurant. The location is charmingly odd and the food focuses on quality rather than quantity. When you combine the freshness of the ingredients and the lack of non-sushi menu items you get a much more authentic Japanese experience. This was shown to me when an Ajisai meal brought a Japanese friend to the brink of tears from nostalgic feelings. View all feedback.
The seafood salad is to die for. Lots of raw fish to go with the bed of greens and light dressing.
Hidden gem. Fish was fresh and portions for the cost we’re reasonable. We’ll be back!
Will definitely be back to try other dishes, great service and delicious food.. had a good experience.
Best sushi restaurant I had so far! The maguro sashimi is to die for.
I love your food. Nowadays, I have come back Taiwan. I miss your food so so much. Hope I will taste your dishes someday.
