Pasta dough from raviolo too thick and therefore too hard. Strips of vegetable dried out. And in one of the desserts the casing of white chocolate too thick. But the rest.... OMG... absurd!! Sweetbread is perfect and a very very generous portion! The carmelized onion bread divine and home made. Deserts explosion of taste. Very good cheese trolley. 49 Euro per person, is this real?!? It feels like stealing... but this is a very very good meal. And despite it is in a hotel really nice setting! Absolute recommendation!!

Less. the presentation of the dishes and the origin of the ingredients was a real plus. it was very pleasant to discover a little anecdote on the leader during some of them.

Bravo to the whole team. Get back!
