Woman at register who is supposed to be a manager is extremely rude. She’s not pleasant at all and I’ve been eating at this location for the past 6 years and never had a problem. This is new management and new employees so I will not be back to this location anymore. I will spend my money where I am respected and the quality of service and food is worth it. Do better.
Melissa was so rude and disrespectful. Not only that she was on her phone the entire time but I asked if I could get my sauce on the side and she rolled her eyes. SORRY FOR THE MINOR INCONVENIENCE. Made sure she said I’ll put the note on the side, ignored to do so and still had sauce on wings. This is the second time I’ve interacted with her. Bad customer service.
Called for a 50pc party pack at 8:30pm. Apparently the store is closed when it says on the website they close at 10
