Cousins Subs - Saint Francis

I typically experience very fast service here, even during busy times. I've had a few mix-ups with my orders in the past, but they were easily resolved once I opened the sandwich at home. I'll continue to patronize this place because they genuinely do their best to manage orders during rush hours. I've always found the establishment to be clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and accommodating. In the future, I would love to see more consideration from other customers regarding social etiquette, especially when it comes to the wait for service, as some seem to expect preferential treatment. Perhaps a designated pickup area on the counter for those who feel they have an emergency priority would help. A big shout-out to all the employees for managing everything so well!

The fries were fresh, perfectly salted, and served hot! The customer service was great, and the staff was friendly. The kids only wanted fries and sodas this time, but we've never been let down by this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. We really enjoy it here. It’s worth the wait for hot, fresh fries or sandwiches. I also love that they have a drive-thru, so I can still grab my favorites. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Let me share my experience at this restaurant on East Layton Ave. in St. Francis, WI. I really enjoy Cousins, but I have to say that no matter how busy or slow they are, it always seems to take forever to place our phone order, wait for our food to be prepared, and finally receive our order. I understand they are a popular location, but I've been to other busy places that don’t take nearly as long.
