We stayed in the hotel for a wedding and it had been recommended by family who live locally. The room we stayed in was OK, probably due a bit of TLC but more than adequate considering the price. The service, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic. We had lunch at this restaurant. The scallops in whisky sauce were very good and the assorted desserts nicely presented and delicious. BUT the patronne was shouting at one of the waitresses and cursing. It happened outside the dining room but we could hear every word and felt uneasy.
