I've never witnessed someone lose their temper so quickly and shout at another person while we were trying to communicate calmly. As someone who works in customer service myself, I find it frustrating to see such an incompetent young man in a position like this. On a brighter note, I want to commend the supervisor for staying calm and providing service with a smile. He truly deserves a much better job.
