Nacho's Saint-eustache

Updated 1 hour after writing my review. Kamal calls me back to tell me that my 1 star review “hurt him”. That “the problem is not the restaurant but the delivery” and “that he did his best”. When I try to assert my point of view that it is the restaurant that does business with Uber Eats he hangs up the line on me without me being able to say another word. I don 't appreciate being called to point out my opinion, which I think explains the situation well. I have to give 1 star because I have no choice but I would have given zero. I ordered through the Nachos website for delivery. (I must specify that nowhere during my order is it indicated to me that delivery will be taken care of by Uber Eats). 90 minutes later still not received my order. I called the phone number on the page where I ordered. I spoke with Kamal who, after checking with the St-Marthe-sur-le-lac branch, informed me that my order had been ready for a long time but no Uber Eats delivery person showed up to pick it up. I must be reimbursed within the next 24 hours but no compensation is offered to me. Kamal 's service was very courteous and polite. He apologized for the delivery problem which I appreciated. I understand that the delivery problem is with Uber Eats and not the Nachos restaurant but perhaps Nachos should review its delivery procedures. First time dealing with Nachos for delivery and it will definitely be the last. I will continue to eat directly at the restaurant.
