In the middle of the meal we notice on the map that on Saturday noon, the menu is at 24.80€. For students, paying 10€ more than expected leaves a bitter taste in the mouth despite the quality of the dishes offered. I will not call this from the scam (we didn’t think to re-check the rate [which would? , but it’s unacceptable for a restaurant, as we approach 2022, not to have a site up to date!!!! Of course, no commercial gesture from the restaurant. In addition, an increase of 9€ between Friday noon and Saturday noon!! I want to hear there is an increase in prices over the weekend, but now it’s squarely 2x more than what competition is doing... In short, good dishes for a deplorable customer journey. Students and students, if you want to eat here the weekend, don't trust the website.

Used in the Matsuri and other Gochi in Lyon, restaurants that operate on the same principle, it was not unknown to us. At the entrance, the reception is cordial, no more... The dishes defy before us, always the same, and we taste these... without great flavor or too fat like the gyozas plunged into oil, or the slices of salmon for nigiris that are cut into squares. Esthetically, and from a culinary point of view, it's far from being ecstasy! We're getting closer to a sushi canteen that's as Japanese as a pizzeria could be! At that level, I could improvise a sushi chef without a problem! Especially since Saint-Etienne has other buffets at will, such as the one where you get served at the table, and where sushi and more varieties of dishes are offered... With my wife, we decide to taste desserts, probably frozen, and really low-end. We got out disappointed, and I got a bowel cramp all the rest of the day. Proof that shouldn't be very fresh! Nothing but the carpet guarantees the atmosphere of this sushi restaurant often shielded at noon: the formula at will is excellent: cabbages, algae, zucchini soup... of course sushi of different perfumes with tuna, salmon, cheeses, vegetables..., squid donuts, meat brochettes...
