What Édouard Philippe likes about Entre 2 Po:
Great food, there is no menu. They offer fresh food, local seasonal products which they have bought on the market.The host is really welcoming,friendly, explaining the food, the wine.We had a vélouté des moules as amuse gueule, this was just "wow", spectacular taste.Unfortunately it is an 8h drive from my home town...
