Cool little French inspired bistro in downtown. Had the French onion soup and the Nordic shrimp roll and enjoyed both, especially the shrimp roll. Great food and great beer. Very recommended! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Nyks:
From out of town, looking for a place to get dinner that was nice but not fancy, and near our hotel. It was packed, loud and bustling. We didn't have to wait long for a table, and the service was great despite how busy it was. Food came quick. The French onion soup was amazing. My fish and chips weren't quite crispy, but they weren't bad. I'd be curious to give this place a second try. View all feedback.
I can say without a doubt that it is the best place in Montreal. The beer selection is quite good, but the best of all that the service is. Amber was simply the best with excellent recommendations, super fast, full of energy and friendly. Saganaki was so refreshing and tasty (10/10), so I had to return to the Bisonburger (9/10, but only because when the bungalow).
I really enjoyed my time with my friends at this place. No need to search for a parking, there is one underground near the place, for 16$. The pub is cozy, nice music, but the music is a bit loud and the place was crowded, we had to yell to talk to each other. The food and drinks were amazing. Worth a try. The best appetizer is the fondue!! They burned it on the table, it was so cool. The waitresses were nice and professional. I do recommend this place.
The pub is off the busy street in a quiet side street. They have great selection of beers on tap and the service is bilingual and very attentive and friendly. Their food offering looks very tasty and we will be back for a meal. They have inside seating as well as about 8 tables for 2 outside (with no ability to combine the outdoors building. The washrooms are clean and well supplied but are downstairs at the basement level with a steep staircase. All in all a great spot!
Good chic place to grab a drink with friends.Had a waiting line to get a table, so check before or come early as it gets crowded later. We ordered drinks and some snacks this time.Overall nice place to hangout mainly for drinks.Vegetarian options: They have 2 items on the menu
