Very disappointed. Be mindful of this if you buy a voucher. I had a voucher for mothers day off my daughter for spa day but in the meantime I had an accident fell down and broke my shoulder. I rang up the hotel to discuss the situation that my voucher was running out as there's only 6 months on the voucher and due to my accident that I wouldn't be able to have the massage treatment if they could extend my voucher to...
