Very disappointed. Be mindful of this if you buy a voucher. I had a voucher for mothers day off my daughter for spa day but in the meantime I had an accident fell down and broke my shoulder. I rang up the hotel to discuss the situation that my voucher was running out as there's only 6 months on the voucher and due to my accident that I wouldn't be able to have the massage treatment if they could extend my voucher to... Lovely rooms, lovely food. The Spa could be Improved. No drinking water available outside sauna and steam room, changing rooms look tired, the shower curtain was dirty. Having children in the pool having lessons during a Spa day is a bit off putting. I've never been to any other spa that does this. Rooms: Lovely and cosy Rooms: 5 Service: 5
