Super 8 By Wyndham St. Clair Mo

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was not clean and there was a used towel and the shower head was rusty. The consolation had burner holes and the heat didn't work. You could hear any noise outside.

The room was dirty, ran down and couldn't even sleep due to beds being dirty, and bed spreads burnt, couldn't shower, as it was dirty towels! NEVER STAY HERE! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Beds were comfortable. 1st room turned on heat and smelt like burn toast was stuck in heater, set off smoke alarm. Also in 1st room toilet wouldnt flush proper. Went down to change rooms and at least they were understanding of the situation. 2nd room was better but still toilet wasnt working proper. I would mot want to stay here again.

The desk clerk was pleasant and the room was clean with all the basic amenities needed. The breakfast had decent offerings, though coffee and juice were weak. For the price, the stay was very good.

We have been staying at this Super 8 for 16 years on our trips home, but WILL NOT STAY AGAIN!! Upon arrival the front desk did not understand what we were saying and would interrupt, we had 3 rooms for 3 days and all were supposed to be Non-smoking. We had 1 room smell of cigarettes and weed so bad our Grandkids could not stay in the room. The rooms are extremely dirty and worn. We did not see a cleaning staff the entire stay. Wyndham needs to remove this location from their rewards program as it has been a local slum hang out with very sketchy people. The back door on 2nd floor doesn’t even close or latch it is not secure at all!!
