T's Liquor Lane - Union

I tried to get in twice since it said it was open on here about an hr apart. went for a client of mine because they wanted something from there. I double checked the hours on here and even called (no one answered around 2:15pmish). There was two other people waiting to get in as well. Lights were on and door was locked….when we all gave up playing the waiting game, we left. As soon as we all started leaving a woman came out and relocked the door. It’s kinda upsetting. I don’t leave reviews much but I hope the owner gets to see this since I don’t know how to contact them directly.

Well... About 2 months ago I ordered carry out and had my wife pick it up. I ordered and she picked up, so she didn 't know the whole order. They forgot to give us the kids food, which was on the receipt. We live about 15 minutes away so when I called and asked that they make fresh food, including my wife 's because now she has to drive 30 minutes and not get to eat her food fresh. They said they would remake the kids pizza, but not my wife 's. So my wife left and didn 't eat her food so the kids could eat. She got the pizza and brought it home. It had clearly been sitting in a warmer for a long time. Like the cheese looked plastic and it was gross. So my kids food was gross and my wife 's food was cold. My wife talked me into letting it go and I did. They usually have excellent food when we eat there and I gave them a pass. Tonight, I tried again. I ordered a medium rare burger and some boneless wings. My burger came medium WELL and my wings were 100% the wrong sauce. I really wanted to call again, but my wife talked me out of it again. Last time I was told that since the owner wasn 't there, there was nothing that could be done. I was SOL. So might as well not try. So much for customer service. Don 't get me wrong, I love this place, been going there for years since they were at their old location. I 'm just disappointed in the quality. Will probably be quite some time before I go back.

Bartender was amazing at her job cant remember her name but real pretty blonde had a awesome chat with a few lical who where also awesome definitely coming back

T's did the bar service for our wedding had a great experience working with them!

Recommend the western wrap or blackened chicken with throat punch sauce
