Horrible horrible staff. Horrible attitudes. Horrible service. Just I've never seen a Dunkin donuts as bad as this one. Oddly enough except for the other one right up the road. I don't know if it's the area or what. Staff inside is rude. Refuse to serve you unless you go through a kiosk. Refuse to take your cash and tell you you have to go through the drive-thru which is about 20 cars deep and not moving. clearly everyone in the lobby was waiting for over 15 minutes by the looks on their faces stay far away. Food is decent when you get it. The service is terrible, they drive thru is always backed up probably because people don 't want to deal with the frustration of a computer to place their order or wait for someone that is having trouble with placing an order on the computer. REAL PEOPLE, REAL SERVICE is the best way to keep your customers happy and coming back. As for their 'atmosphere ' it 's definitely nothing to write home about. The decor is cold and boring.
