Nice place! Great varity of meals: sanduiches, soups, bread, juices, delicious salads, etc.
5 s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1 2 panini . Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!!
St.Charles Panera rocks. My Apple Pay wouldn’t work so they covered my meal. Completely unnecessary but very appreciated. Thank you!
Haven’t been to Panera for a while. Liked their 2 for combo idea. Service was excellent. Santa Fe salad was great.
They have the nicest hard working people at the Panera in St. Charles!! :
