Mcdonald's - Saint Charles

This is by far the best and most reliable McDonald's I have ever visited. About 90% of the time, I receive my Quarter Pounder within just three minutes, which is incredibly fast for a made-to-order item. The only times you might experience a longer wait is after 10 PM or during rare instances when they're overwhelmed with orders—however, this rarely happens due to the excellent training of the staff. Additionally, this location hasn't gotten my order wrong in over six years, and I always request my burgers with ketchup only, which honestly amazes me.

This is a great local McDonald's. Our adult daughter, who has cerebral palsy, really enjoys it here. The restaurant is very accessible, and the staff are incredibly kind.

Avoid using the app if you want to ensure you receive what you order. I placed an order for a peppermint latte through the app, but when I went to pick it up, they informed me that they don't have peppermint lattes. Since I had already paid for it, I had no choice but to settle for whatever was available.

Fridays are better with a Filet-O-Fish, a Shamrock Shake, fries, and a pie.
