Hardee's - Saint Charles
Hardee's
Description
This restaurant experience presents a stark contrast of highs and lows. While some diners report promising improvements—fresh food, accurate orders, and friendly staff—others recount disheartening tales of poor service, inconsistent hours, and disappointing food quality. Issues like unblended milkshakes, charge disputes over basic items, and a persistently dirty environment tarnish its reputation. Despite some positive notes with community involvement and potential for better service, many patrons remain skeptical about returning. A visit to this establishment may yield unpredictable results, leaving diners torn between hope for improvement and the memory of past disappointments.

The restaurant was not clean (it's a Hardee's, so I expected that) but fortunately I did not get sick. It had been years since my last visit, but there were no other options in the area. The food was cold and I had to get a refund. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I wanted to order a shake at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working.
I rated this place four stars because it might be on the brink of improvement. A young staff member took my debit card and brought it to the back where he was chatting with the cook. I hope this doesn’t lead to any issues with fraud. Additionally, the customer service was quite poor, and my sandwich was missing ingredients. What a disappointment!
I donated to Heat Up St. Louis today and received 20 sausage biscuits for the whole family! They were served quickly and were piping hot. I’ll definitely return next time!
This Hardee's has been through quite a bit in recent years. While they weren't open on Sundays, there were concerns about the accuracy of their orders. However, they're now back to their previous hours, which is a big improvement. Our food was fresh, our orders were accurate, and the staff was friendly. We've been ordering from there regularly ever since. It's wonderful to see Hardee's returning to its former glory!
