Hardee's - Saint Charles

I rated this place four stars because it might be on the brink of improvement. A young staff member took my debit card and brought it to the back where he was chatting with the cook. I hope this doesn’t lead to any issues with fraud. Additionally, the customer service was quite poor, and my sandwich was missing ingredients. What a disappointment!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. For $20, dinner was disappointing—my fries were forgotten, and the burgers fell apart and tasted bad. I tried calling them, but their phone was disconnected. In the end, I gave the food to my dogs, and even they didn't want it. I wish I could get my money back, but it seems like they should just stay closed.

The milkshake I ordered was a disappointment; it was more like water and the ice wasn't even blended properly. When I mentioned this to the staff, they just shrugged it off, saying, "That's what a milkshake is." I definitely won't be returning.

I donated to Heat Up St. Louis today and received 20 sausage biscuits for the whole family! They were served quickly and were piping hot. I’ll definitely return next time!

This Hardee's has been through quite a bit in recent years. While they weren't open on Sundays, there were concerns about the accuracy of their orders. However, they're now back to their previous hours, which is a big improvement. Our food was fresh, our orders were accurate, and the staff was friendly. We've been ordering from there regularly ever since. It's wonderful to see Hardee's returning to its former glory!
