Dunkin' - Saint Charles

Terrible customer service. Went through drive-thru. I tried using a promotion on the Dunkin app that said free coffee with purchase so I did. The promotion says it works with online order or drive-thru. When i tried using it at the drive-thru and itwas not working they were not helpful. They lied and said it only works with online order even though the app says it worksthrough drive-thru. The associate got the manager who lied and said the same thing. When i showed her the app she finally saidthe truth and said it has not been working since yesterday. She said if it doesn?t scan and work then you have to pay the fullprice. No help at all. Ended up paying for full but would have at least liked for them to be truthful right away or to offersome help.

Do NOT Go here, the manager messed up my order , had the lobby locked , said the phone was broken after she messed up my order I had to wait behind 12 cars for a half hour with a crying 6 year old! When I got to window she yelled that there was 2 of themnot 4 and all these excuses I said just give me the order I wasted so much of my morning , she shut the window , said shewouldn 't give it to me nor a refund and called the police . Police came and said call for a refund but nothing we can do.ABSOLUTELY CRAZY

This place is perpetually understaffed and the lobby is almost always closed although the sign says open and there is no sign on the door telling you the drive thru is only open; this week i wanted to get a purchase via the lobby the door was locked; ipeered inside to see three employees all sitting down starring back at me, no one got up to help or to tell me to use the drivethru; it was awkward,rude and unprofessional. This was on a week day around noon. Im guessing there are behind the scenes issuesgoing on but you guys need to do better or close the shop and do everyone a favor.

This is my favorite Dunkin? and I purposely come here on my long route. The workers are so kind and my drink is always made perfect. I should get to know their names but one of the ladies has the most bubbly personality it makes me in such a good mood!

Was not pleased with the service. The girl who took our order was short with us and had a bad attitude. The place was not busy but she acted as if we were an inconvenience. When she rung us up, she didn't speak to us and her attention was on aconversation irrelevant to work. We felt like we were bothering her. They had bad communication and we were asked multiple timesif we were rung up. Again, not busy but they were running around and seemed lost and disorganized. On top of that, we only got11/12 donuts.
