Chili's Grill - Saint Charles

This location appears to be understaffed. Our poor server was handling all the tables in the bar area taking orders, delivering food, busing tables, and tending bar. We watched other patrons who arrived after us recevie their food ahead of us. Eventually, after a long wait, we just paid for our drinks and left.

Our server was very sweet and attentive. The roasted street corn was AMAZING!!!!! It was the first time I've ever had it and its now my favorite thing from chili's.

Wish it was possible to leave 0 stars! The worst service I have ever had. My family came in on saturday for dinner. I called before hand to see what the wait was. There was no wait, so we raced over. Now the ONLY thing good I can say is we were seated right away. Then we sat there for 15MINUTES and still no server came to greet us or offer water. NOTHING! We got up and left, which my husband was very vocal about. Again, this was the worst service ever. I will never return

Chili's is always a go to for my family and I. We really like their chips and queso. This Time we decided to give their fried pickles a chance and they were outstanding to be honest. Not sure how they cooked it to perfection but they did. It wasn't hard as a rock, but soft and chewy to bite into. The margaritas are actually pretty decent too. They can come off a bit salty but still very good liquor balancing. Keep up the good work Chili's.

Normally I would give them more stars, but our latest experience was terrible! We came in asking to seat 4 adults, 3 children, and an infant (total of 8 . They sat us at a table for 6 and expected us to sit there. So we moved around a table so we could all fit and then we’re told that wasn’t allowed due to Covid. (Understandable- we all want everyone safe! we asked if we could get a bigger table and she said it was already in use, so I asked her how long would the wait be for the bigger table to be available, she said a half hour. I then asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any other space available as we had lots of hungry kiddos with us! She told the manager we were super angry about not being able to move the tables which we were not at all! I just didn’t understand how you expected 8 people to sit at a table meant for 6. The way things were handled were so incredibly unprofessional and rude that I don’t think I’d go back to this location. My family eats Chilis like 2-3 times a month and we’ve never had any problems at any other location.
