We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Initially, we had one server who took our orders, but he switched to a different one before we were able to request separate checks. With a party of 8.5, you would expect they might ask about splitting the bill, but as a result, one person ended up paying for everyone. Aside from that, the salad bar was fantasti... Had the New Coconut shrimp platter, the shrimp was good although the sauce dose not match at all. (Bad combination in my opinion). I have raíces my review from 2 stars to 3 from the last experience. It’s getting a bit better. View all feedback.

We met up with friends from our hometown of Erie, PA, at the restaurant. They have an excellent salad bar that we all enjoyed while reminiscing about old times.
The best steak I've had in a long time was the asiago peppercorn. It was so tender that you could cut it with a fork.
The waiter was fantastic. He made the experience as enjoyable as the food itself.
Really good. Didn't expect the dish to be ssh yummy. Nice manager.

Save your money and go to Taco Bell. The food and management is a joke. Won't be back. The burgers are frozen and the chicken sandwich was small. Fries were limp and greasy. Yuck.
Standard RT fare, but our server was awesome! Jamie was knowledgeable courteous with an unbeatable personality. If we were still in the restaurant business, sorry, but we would steal her from RT. She's that good.

The waitstaff are incredibly friendly, and the salad bar offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables. I truly appreciate the freshness of the salads and fruits available. The spinach dip is delicious, clearly made with care and attention. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return because it's worth it. Be sure to stop by Ruby Tuesday and let them know that Sandra, Latasha, and Mikayla from Valdosta and Quitman recommend it. Vegetarian options: They provide a vegetarian burger, a salad bar, and a selection of other side dishes.

Kelly was fantastic! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was delightful. Our meals were served promptly. Our waitress, Kelly, was very polite and attentive.
The food is consistently fresh, and the waitstaff are exceptionally attentive. It's an excellent spot for a quick, satisfying meal.

It seems Ruby Tuesday's is undergoing a makeover, but they might want to start by improving their staff. Our group of five adults and two children placed our drink orders, only to see them left sitting on the counter while we waited for about 10 minutes. During that time, our server spent time chatting with her co-workers while our drinks remained untouched. We also had to ask for napkins, even though it was obvious we needed extra for the kids. We opted for the salad bar and mini burger combo, but the burgers arrived burnt and the fries were cold. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I won’t be coming back.

This is an incredible spot to relax, featuring a friendly staff and delicious food! My experience here was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

We ate at Ruby Tuesday's for a quick meal and a fabulous salad. Our server was Harris and he was phenominal! Always there if you needed aomething, polite and helpful with each encounter we had with him. We did not have to wait for a single thing and he was cheerful the whole time. Easily the best service I have experienced anywhere in St. Augustine lately. Kudos to Harris and an exceptionally pleasant experience. Hopefully someone who can pass this on to a manager will see this. Thank you again, Harris!

We had a wonderful experience during our visit. I tried the crab cake, and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also offered an excellent happy hour deal on drinks and appetizers.

After a long day of work and having to work 2 hours of overtime on Father’s Day I wasn’t able to go out with my family to eat, so my wife ordered food to go. I got burnt chicken strips, who knows when they changed the oil, Mac and cheese was alone solid piece. Fork went in all came out at once.I couldn’t even eat the food. Happy Father’s Day to me. Terrible Trash No quality

Our service here was great, the food fantastic!! We did have a server start us out, and then it switched after our orders were taken (he was off but he did not relay to the new server that we needed to split the bill up. With a table of 8.5 you'd think they would ask. So1 person got the bill for the entire table. Aside from that, salad bar was yummy it had lots to chose from, certainly worth $6, and filling. The food we ordered was hot and delicious and our drinks stayed refilled! Also the bathrooms were clean. They even put a round table and a square table together the best they could to accommodate our group.
This is the best Ruby Tuesday I have ever been to. From the excellent waiter named Darren, to the lighting, cleanliness, and food quality- Ruby pitched a perfect game for me and my family of 4. I will be returning for my next road trip. This was all during the dinner rush too and we all got salad bar, with burgers and chicken and the kids got pizza and we all were extremely satisfied. Thanks for the lovely meal!
Very good food for the evening! Ordered two plates and was very full, the portions were more than I expected hence why I ordered two mains. Excellent steaks! I had the steak fajitas and chicken and halloumi fries and it all came with great service throughout. Will definitely return!
