Preserved Restaurant - Saint Augustine

We celebrated the engagement of our daughter and the upcoming college department and the restaurant had champagne waiting for us as soon as we sit down. All meals were great. We tried the shells, short ribs and scallops. Both the red pepper soup and the spinach salad were great appetizers. We are local and could not have been happier about food, service and ambience. It was a nice evening.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and enjoyed sitting outside. The restaurant gave my husband a Crème Bur-lee and it was the best Crème Bur-lee we ever had!

One of the best restaurants in St. Augustine. attentive staff working as a team for personal service. Choose from indoor, veranda or terrace seat. We didn't drink, but there's a huge wine list. We had the daily fish special, flounder on a bed of risotto, cooked to perfection with a crispy browned top over delicate white flakes of fish. Every bite mixed with the Risotto and a red Romescu sauce, delicious. We had a large bowl of aromatic mussels with enough to take home. (Add to the mussel broth for lunch) The shells were perfectly prepared and thus keep their taste. 6 Soaked oysters Parmesan for appetizer and an arugula-blue cheese salad. Exquisite. We'll be back.

Our waiting person was great and attentive. The Bouillabaisse and short ribs were phenomenal. Wine prices appropriate.

Delicious meal and Diane was a wonderful server. Fresh food prepared amazingly!! Will definitely dine here again.
