On another occasion, a manager (who I believe was named Jennifer) rectified an error with my order. She exemplified excellent customer service by promptly apologizing and asking how she could make things right. The replacement bagels arrived quickly and were still warm. Went early in the morning to pick up some breakfast items, there was very few selections like eight different bagels some cookies some soufflé 's very few pastries place was clean Parking: Parking is shared with a chocolate shop, but lots of areas to park. There is a drive-through window. Kid-friendliness: There were several children in there. It looks like they have some nice kids meals.
