I absolutely adore Panera, and this particular location only enhances my love for it. On another occasion, a manager (who I believe was named Jennifer) rectified an error with my order. She exemplified excellent customer service by promptly apologizing and asking how she could make things right. The replacement bagels arrived quickly and were still warm. None of the employees at this restaurant tried to preach to me in the drive-thru. I didn't realize they were doing religious outreach during their shifts. The service for takeout was lacking, with a rating of 1 out of 5. The atmosphere also ranked low at a 1 out of 5. The breakfast meal was decent, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The price per person was affordable, ranging from $1 to $10.
The food is average, but it always seems to be half warmed up. Even when it's not busy, I still have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru or 30 minutes inside. The longest wait I've ever had was a full hour, which is completely unacceptable. The employees are consistently rude as well. I prefer to drive to the Panera in Bartram for better food and service. I understand that the employees may be new and still learning, but it seems like they are not receiving proper training. Overall, I am extremely disappointed.

Went early in the morning to pick up some breakfast items, there was very few selections like eight different bagels some cookies some soufflé 's very few pastries place was clean Parking: Parking is shared with a chocolate shop, but lots of areas to park. There is a drive-through window. Kid-friendliness: There were several children in there. It looks like they have some nice kids meals.
