Placed an order for catering the same way we did it last time. Came to pick it up . Had 96 bagels in plastic bags NOT SLICED in a brown bag and another brown bag with cream cheeses WITHOUT ANY NAPKINS OR UNTENSILS. Explained to the manager that this was for deliveries for dental offices and that we placed an order for catering same way we did before. (ONLINE . The manager said she CANNOT give me any catering boxes (WHAT? . The manager proceeded with giving us catering boxes after we stated to her once again that this is for catering for DENTAL offices. There were no apologies from the manger. Long story short a quick pick up ended being an hour situation. The manager did not show any concern better yet she had an attitude towards this situation. Did not assist her slow working staff with helping. Asked the staff member 3 times to ASSORT the bagels 1 of each in each box. When we got to the car she put all 12 of the same bagels in each box. (WHAT? I spent another 20 minutes assorting 96 bagels myself. The order was placed on Monday morning the staff said that they did not receive it on time (WHAT? That is not what my confirmation said. They were unprepared to get me 8 dozen of sliced bagels with cream cheese napkins and utensils. This Panera bread location needs NEW MANAGEMENT and CLEANING . The tables are dirty they never have enough coffee. Staff needs to be replaced they clearly are not capable of serving clients in a timely manner. We never get the right order when we use the drive through. This specific order was for catering. We will not be giving our business to this Panera bread anymore.
