The place appeared to be quite disorganized. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.

The management shows a complete la... read more I had a terrible experience working for these franchisees. They treat their employees poorly and take full advantage of them. The management shows a complete lack of morals and respect for others. Overall, my experience with this particular franchisee was awful. I've worked for Dunkin for many years and have never been treated so badly. Save your time and don't bother applying!

Hot coffee and iced coffee should be the same price; in fact, iced coffee should cost less since it's diluted with ice. It seems odd to be charged extra for the ice and water. Just doesn’t make sense!
