Dunkin' - Saint Augustine

The 16 of the outlets did not let us in and even did not see us at the door. So rude, so we went to this one of Murabella a d the people there were so beautiful!!!! We were so happy to be served nicely.

Went during breakfast time and ordered on the kiosk. Items were ready quickly and staff was friendly the few interactions I did have.

Honestly, I have never had a good experience at Dunkin ' Donuts but today my family and I just went through the drive through to get a couple of mochas. The poor young girl on the other end was terribly confused and thought we were ordering coffees five times over. Finally we were able to clarify that we wanted the Dunkin cocoa mocha lattes and she affirmed that order. We paid and left but didn 't realize until we got home that she gave us drip coffees with pumped in chocolate sauce. Not good. We just dumped them into the sink which is wasted money.

This morning with the family. Asked manager, polite if I can add 2 of the stacked chairs to a smaller table, as they have very limited seats. She agreed. I then politely asked if the limited seats were a Dunkin' policy for Kovid or if it was a County Mandate rule? She said aggressive in a snoring attitude It is a dunkin rule and went away. The dining area is a mess. No single cleaning table after the end of the customers, and only a short time open this morning the floors are dirty. Managers have to learn some respect.

Excellent service! I think her name was Jaymie who helped me. The coffee was nice, cold and crisp. I'm shocked that she doesn't run the store, super super super helpful!
