10 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me, just to find out they don't have any munchkins, they don't carry powdered donuts, and the guy at the window could have cared less if I was on fire.
Gave me a frozen cofee with a hole in the cup, leaked all over my Shirt, Pants and my car. On the way to Orlando for the Appointment. Thanks a lot for ruined clothes, Car interior. Really.
I experienced excellent service during my visit! I believe the person who assisted me was named Jaymie. The coffee I ordered was refreshing, cold, and crisp. I'm honestly surprised she isn't in charge of the store, as she was incredibly helpful!
On Monday, September 5th, at 1 PM, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through. The woman who took my order was quite rude. When I asked her a question about the vanilla bean flavor, she replied dismissively, "Well, this ain't Wendy's." I also tried to call the store to report my experience, but the phone just rang and eventually disconnected without anyone answering.
The lobby closes at 8:30, but the doors were already locked at 8:20 just as I arrived. The young woman in charge had an unpleasant attitude, bordering on rudeness. However, when I called the store, they did unlock the door and let me in.
