The service is prompt and efficient, and the owner is a delight. He makes the effort to chat with guests at each table. He shared that he comes in at 7 PM the night before to smoke the meat, and he personally handles all the cooking. His dedication and passion truly shine through in the quality of the food. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Florida!

We were blown away by the incredible flavor of everything we tried—nothing disappointed us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially since it was our first visit. Living nearby could be a bit dangerous! We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Brisky’s!

We were greeted warmly at the counter, and the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu options. They were friendly and full of energy. Someone even came by to check on us and let us know that our food would be out shortly. The dishes we ordered were hot and delicious, and the wait was quite reasonable. We also had a variety of sauces at our table, and each one was excellent. We're so glad we chose to stop here after a morning of exploring St. Augustine. We will definitely come back the next time we're in the area.

However, the BBQ beans had green peppers in them, and the macaroni and cheese was a little dry. I’ll definitely come back to try more dishes!

The food was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful. While I was placing my order at the counter, the waitress mentioned how fantastic the brisket was, but I had my heart set on the baby back ribs. Then the owner came over and offered me a slice of the brisket to try, and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever had—I will definitely be ordering that next time. The ribs and sausage were excellent, and the baked beans and fries were tasty as well. My wife ordered the turkey sandwich and mac and cheese, and she thought it was excellent too. I can confidently say this will be my new favorite BBQ spot in St. Augustine. I also appreciated how the owner actively interacted with customers, explaining how he prepares some of the meats.
