Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine Beach

The cashier who took my order was wonderful. She gets 5 stars for service. But it went downhill from there.I asked for extra grill (melted) butter on my Egg McMuffin because otherwise, it 's just egg on a dry English muffin. The cashier made a note of it for the grill person, but my muffin was still bone-dry (despite the fact that someone had taped the extra butter slip on it).I took it back to be fixed, and they squirted/brushed the buttery stuff all over the *outside* of the sandwich.How is someone supposed to pick it up and eat it like that? My hand got so slimy I had to ask for napkins in order to get my card out of my billfold to credit the refund.I generally don 't like to post negative reviews because any person/place can have a random bad day. But this is my third (in three trips over the past several months) disappointing experience at this location.All that being said, the in- and outdoor seating areas were all very clean.

I paused at the entrance to hold open the door for an employee. She didn't even acknowledge me. I placed my order at an automated kiosk, but no confirmatory order slip was provided. I stood in line for several minutes to again place an order. Two separate employees looked at me 2 or 3 times each, but never said a word and busied themselves with other things, including chatting with other employees. I left.

McDonald's food prices are growing, however the good size is ridiculous and getting smaller. Example the fish sandwiches. What's this itty bitty piece of meat? Ugh.. ain't do it!

Slowest MacDonald's on planet Earth. Try a diner-don't waste your time. This is slow food-not fast food.
