TGI FRIDAYS - St. Louis (Ronnies Plaza)

Had a fantastic time here! the eating was great (especially the fries) and our waiter, tyler, was incredibly sweet and attentive. we will come back safely thanks to him!

Appetizers tasted reheated, chicken wings were pathetic from an under grown baby chick. Lol Food mediocre at best and expensive.

First requested to sit in a specific area. The host told us he couldn't sit us there because he just sat someone there. My father informed him that he did not want to sit where he was suggesting and the host said, Well, I don't know what you want me to do about that My father is over 80 NO, he didn't want to sit at a high top at the bar.The philly chesseburger was RAW not medium as requested. The 6 oz sirloin and shrimp skewers was over cooked. Waitress apologized and had it re-done. It came back MORE over cooked. At this point, we just paid and left.The ONLY good experience was the waitress. I don't remember her name but she had dark hair, in a pony tail and was very soft spoken and apologetic.Not really interested in returning. At least the tea was good.

Then stop for some drinks and appetizers for the 21st birthday of my daughter. very friendly staff barkeeper came down and came advice to the drinks they like. the prices were very favorable for this type of restaurant.

Server loaded my debit card 3 times I did not help over 130.00 pending restaurant. it was her fault. how many males can afford to have no access to this much money manager, not call back to me when I got the manager. he told me I had to wait 3-5 days until it falls. business refuses to help not come back
