Sushi Express - Sahibabad

I ordered my food from uber eats. I'm disappointed because my food is just plain too salty and on the app there isnt a special request on the restaurant in the Uber eats app and i wanted more WASABI. THE WASABI that came, wasabi wasn't enough. Kinda pissed about it. The rice was more dry then sticky.

Yes! You do knock on a door and give and go, so what? They share space with a coupe of other small food venues that's ok! It's convenient... you don't have to tip! It's affordable and you can fill up on staple sushi entrees made to order and your gone. It's super time efficient as well. There's plenty of photo's already!

My parents live in another state, and one way we stay connected is by occasionally food bombing each other. So on the week of my birthday I got a text from my mom asking if me and my Mrs. were both working from home on Monday. I confirmed. Then on Monday she said, answer your door in 30 minutes, lunch is coming. Aww, thanks, mom. What would it be this time?Surprise! It was sushi. Yay. The receipt on the bag indicated it came from Sushi Express, in West San Jose, a place I knew about but hadn 't visited. The food was well packed and arrived fresh. Let 's dig in!Spring Rolls: these were the pretty standard type you can get at a lot of Chinese takeout places or quickie steam table Japanese or Chinese food court stalls. Not bad, not great. 3/5Gyoza: same as the spring rolls, you know them, you 've had them. Eh....3/5Seared Salmon Nigiri: probably our least favorite item. Raw salmon would have been so much tastier. Seared salmon would have also been good, but this was cooked well past seared, or it continued to cook itself after being removed from heat. It was rubbery. 2.5/5Cherry Blossom Roll: pretty narrow diameter roll, as were all of them, by sushi roll standards, but when I looked at the receipt they were pretty inexpensive so fairly portioned for the price. This was tasty. 4/5Rainbow Roll: this is something I order most of the time when I go for sushi. This one was pretty good. Each piece of fish had a fresh taste. The avocado was nice and creamy. The roe had a nice snap to it. 4.5/5Shrimp Tempura Roll: the receipt read Shrimp Tempura not Shrimp Tempura Roll so when my mom called to check on things she asked how the Shrimp Tempura was and I told her it was actually in a roll, which annoyed her because she was trying to send the former. Still the roll was good enough. The batter on the shrimp was a little mushy from traveling to us, but still tasty. 3.5/5I think Sushi Express it doing a great job of being exactly what their name implies. Quick, basic sushi on the go. Three Rolls and two appetizers cost my mother $58.91 with sales tax, delivery fee and tip. That 's an outstanding value for sushi. Keep in mind, the portions are on the smaller side but still inexpensive for the quality you get. I 'm glad we tried this. I would have it again.

$13.95 for such small rolls, I had to get extra items from Burger King for our dinner. Will not buy again.

Best fully cooked sushi I've tasted. The order looked elegant that you can offer it to guests directly in the same boxes.
