I tried the daily special menu and was delighte... read more A fantastic haven of flavors combined with heartfelt, traditional hospitality at an incredibly reasonable price. I tried the daily special menu and was delighted with my enchiladas. The salsa accompanied by the chips was also outstanding. All this for under $10! While the ambiance isn't particularly striking, everything else is exactly what you need when you're in or passing through the San Luis Valley.

The red chili sauce is spicy, smoky, and complex, while the green chili sauce, although slightly milder, still packs a punch with a lighter, grassy flavor. Both sauces were outstanding. The service was excellent, and the locals were friendly. I'm really glad we decided to stop by!

If you have never tried hatch green chili I highly recommend you giving it a chance and have it smothered on your burrito or burger. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.
