Definitely won’t be going back here. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I tried the buttermilk fried chicken dinner with yams and macaroni and cheese and cornbread. The yams had so much syrup on them, that it got all over my chicken and Mac-N-Cheese. The yams were below average at best. The chicken wings were the smallest that I’ve ever seen! I ordered the rib tips dinner with greens and green beans, and everything was delicious! I also got a chicken wing dinner to enjoy the next day. The catfish was tasty, and the gumbo was good too, though a bit pricey for its portion size. I'll definitely be returning to support our local small businesses!

This restaurant is situated in an old Burger King, so the aesthetics aren’t the best, but don’t let that deter you from visiting! The menu is diverse with intriguing weekly specials, the food quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable! Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch
