we had gone to another local restaurant and after we haven't been greeting for a while. we went and came here and from host to food runner to our server olivia, (with another spell) the service and eating was immaculate. so happy to see a long restaurant of the saginaw keeps it so good! What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
I usually love Olive Garden, it's one of my favorite places to eat but the last few times the quality of food and service have both gone down. Within my last few visits the bread sticks have been either burnt, underdone, or not seasoned. The soup has tasted very watered down, and the salad has been overpowered by the dressing to the point where the entire bottom of the bowl is nothing but liquid dressing. The entree'... Very hit or miss, depending on who's on the staff this day, and yet it's always crowded, because saginaw has nothing better to offer when it comes to it.
We had a wonderful meal here for dinner on Saturday. First, the restaurant was impeccably clean and organized. Greetings were kind and professional. Our waiter, Jeffery, was fantastic. We didn't wait for anything. He checked so often. The manager went around asking for our food and service. That was so refreshing. I forgot that was common at a time. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Definitely makes you feel good when you spend some money when it is worth it. We are not the inhabitants of Saginaw, but I have already said that friends make it a point to go here when in town. Thank you for restoring our faith in the culinary experience. Bravo!
The food was delicious and our server was excellent. I couldn't finish my meal so I had to take the leftovers home. The atmosphere was fantastic and overall, the experience was wonderful.
