Upon arriving at Bana's Coffee, we were instantly drawn in by the breathtaking scenery. The sweeping panorama of the Sagada mountain range created a tranquil and serene atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Once we settled into our seats, we eagerly explored the menu and decided to sample their signature Latte, Sausage Omelette, and Pesto dishes. The Latte was served promptly and was expertly crafted, boasting a rich and velvety texture that was absolutely divine. The flavor balance was excellent, with a soft bitterness beautifully countered by a hint of sweetness, making it a delightful way to start our day. The Sausage Omelette was substantial and satisfying, featuring fluffy eggs generously filled with flavorful sausage that created a burst of taste on our palates. Served with a side of crispy toast, this dish proved to be a wholesome and fulfilling breakfast option. For those looking for something lighter, the Pesto dish at Bana's Coffee is a fantastic choice. The vibrant green pesto, infused with fragrant herbs and garlic, coated the al dente pasta perfectly. Finished with a sprinkle of grated cheese, this dish offered a refreshing and delicious Mediterranean touch to our breakfast. In addition to the wonderful food, the attentive service at Bana's Coffee enhanced our overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations that added to our enjoyment. Their warm hospitality fostered an inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The only minor area for improvement was the speed of service during busy hours. As the coffee shop became more popular, it drew a considerable crowd, resulting in slight delays in receiving our orders. However, this minor inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the quality of the food and the captivating surroundings. In summary, Bana's Coffee is a hidden treasure in Sagada, offering an unforgettable breakfast experience amid the beauty of nature. From the breathtaking mountain views to the delicious Latte, Sausage Omelette, and Pesto dishes, our visit combined delightful flavors with stunning scenery. Went on a Monday afternoon and they only sell coffee. can't even explain why there's no food available. I would understand if it's their replenish day, or there is no chef avail, but when I asked, the guy just looked at me and weirdly smile. I ordered spanish latte and had it to go, so I wasn't able to drink it at the cafe. But when I did taste it, it's way toooooooo sweet! I couldn't taste the coffee at all. just plain condensed milk. I just threw it away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Coffee was overhyped. There are better coffee shops to try around Sagada. Ordered an iced Spanish Latte but it was disappointing. There was no sweetness at all and not that creamy. But the place was nice though and staff were friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
