While visiting the Holy Land for a week, I stumbled upon these bars in a grocery store in Safed. It was a bit difficult to unwrap, but once I did, it was completely worth it. Rock on!

The bars a... read more GoodBar opened in 2017 and features a selection of 6 energy bars. All of the bars are kosher, vegetarian, sugar-free, and made without preservatives. The bars are made with high-quality ingredients such as medjool dates, nuts, and natural spices. I particularly enjoyed the crispy peanut butter bar, even though I typically do not gravitate towards peanut butter flavors. The vegan coffee-hazelnut bar is also fantastic.
