The solomillo is delicious and... read more Tonight we decided to stay close to our apartment for dinner. Burdeos is a vinoteca and has a limited however diverse menu card. The solomillo is delicious and melts on your tongue, the cesar salad comes with a grilled chicken breast and the wines are fantastic. Burdeos is always full with people who are enjoying the wines, food, excellent service and ambiance. When visiting the pitoresq Sada, you don't want to miss this place!

Food is always spot on. The menu hasn't changed at all over the last few years which is both good and bad. Good because they serve up what they know best, bad because sometimes the 2 or 3 things on the specials list isn't enough for you to experience that little something different. Personally I'd highly recommend the Tostas (there's an array of these, but the ventrecsa salmon and avocado are my favs). The mains of either Secreto or Entrecote are for me sublime. The latter they do an amazingly succulent job of charred meat on the outside and delicious pink in the middle. The wine list is extensive, although I never tire of a lovely Rioja. And I always have to look twice at the bill when I see 2 Euros for a glass of perfectly chilled pink cava!! Waiters are attentive and generally very welcoming but this does change during busy periods. The chef does come out when not overly busy and has a chat in his perfect English (I suspect he lived in England at some point although I didn't pry). You can opt to wait at the bar for a drink whilst a table becomes free but this in turn gets quite crowded. Very family friendly which I love but on busy Saturday nights this slows down the whole process of turning tables around. Saying that, if you are hungry and can afford to wait then you will not be disappointed!!
