Taco Bell - Sacramento

I love Taco Bell. It is my FAVORITE fast food restaurant. I'm actually a fan. UPDATE: This restaurant was pretty bad in the past, but recently it's made a 360. The new crew is now so outgoing, friendly and hospitable. The food has very much improved aswell. I'm so grateful for the changes because this is the most conveniently located Taco Bell near me. Thanks for making myfavorite junk food a great experience! ????????????????????????

I used the drive thru. Pretty standard all around with the exception of 1 team member who gave me a bump for no good reason which made me laugh. His positive outlook, for the 20 seconds I was nearby, was enough to make the rest of my day seem like itwas all downhill. Cheers bud!

Was going here for awhile and always get bad service, tacos are always nothing but taco shells with a little meat with no lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese and dont try to add anything extra becuase they will not add it and charge you anyways. Alwaysitems missing and they toss the food in the bag becuase they obviously dont care, skip this location and go to the one on folsomblvd, much better quality food and service.

The absolute worst experience ever. I arrived at this taco bell at 2:00pm this afternoon to get some lunch. Immediately I see that everyone is running around behind the counter trying to keep up. Then I hear a screech coming from the back and see themanager on duty yelling at her teenage staff. She then slammed doors and yelled even more at the staff. Not only did my foodtake 30 minutes to be made (nothing against the staff there, they were under alot of stress) but I had to listen to this grownwoman berate and accoste these young people. She was an evil little woman who doesn't deserve her job.

Gone to this location about 5 times, it was closed unexpectedly twice, two times it was cash only without warning, and is almost always out of stock of what I want. Just got a burrito that was 1/3 filled. I like taco bell and want to support min wageworkers but this location is mismanaged terribly. Workers have always been nice but management must be incapable.
