What Maggie Guidry doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I asked for bean burritos with extra red sauce and extra onions. The first 3/4 of the burrito had nothing but beans and the last quarter of the burrito was only red sauce, onions, and cheese, there was no beans. Terrible customer service, and consistent at that too. Over the last two visits, service was unbelievably sub standard; on the first visit, the restaurant had an open sign, but the only person at the drive through window indicated he could not provideservice as he was the only one there. On the second visit, the person helping was extremely sarcastic; turns out she was atrainee. The food is consistent with what Taco Bell offers, but the service is unbelievably terrible
Was disappointed the food was well put together together but I went through the drive-through and I didn't get part of my order. I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drink which would havemade up for that I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drinkwhich would have made up for that. However when I got home from that there was still a quesadilla missing. I tried to call themagain they didn't answer. And now the phone stays busy. So my advice is to check your whole order before you leave. Oh and bythe time I got to eat my food was cold and soggy.
Ordered from them 3 separate times over 2 months and they never put the ORDERED SAUCE PACKETS in the bag, call to let them know, the manager blames Doordash and say Doordash will give our money back for the orders they keep messing up. Same mistakes overand over by the same store isnt doordashs fault.
