Pizza Guys - Sacramento

Ordered for pick up and played hell to find a place to park so I could pick up my food ended up two blocks away guess I needed the exercise!

It's obviously not any fancy/gourmet pizza but this location does consistently make good pizza.

I have been a long time customer. The last 3 orders have been late. 2 of the3 wrong and cold. Even thought the recipe shows the correct pizza I get the wrong sauces on the half and half. I always tip ahead. Well no more. I'm going elsewhere next time. 10yr customer saying good by. Work on your pizza making skills. It's easy follow directions.

No ranch, not even a single one after spending over $120 here?!As a client who spends our hard-earned dollars here to support the local businesses, I am extremely disappointed with the team and management of this franchise. I came in to pick up a group order and did not mind the extra wait for the food. I understand that any big order is going to require time to prepare the order. Upon receiving our food, I asked if we can get a side of ranch. I mean who doesn't enjoy a side of ranch with their pizzas? I was informed by the associate that unless we placed it on the order we can not get a single side of ranch. As a business most impacted by the pandemic, the least you can do is cater to your customers to ensure we are happy and continue to bring our business back here. Unfortunately, my team and I will not be ordering from this location again. Its truly disheartening that during this time where we are suppose to help one another that such a franchise does not do the same. Customer service is key to the success of a business and it truly was not present at this location

I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The service was terrible, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I will never order from here again.
