They charged us TWICE for the cleaning fee!!! We had an initial deposit of around $100 for a small room, and didn't notice til later that we were charged over $60 for the cleaning fee, one for the final bill, but also one for the initial deposit bill?? Seems like this is happening to other customers as well. And what if you don't even order any food/drinks? They're still gonna charge an overpriced cleaning fee for what? Never going back to this place again

So initially there was an issue with our request to have the room for 4 hours... Make sure you call in to verify! I was able to talk to Alex and he took care of everything.. We were in the large room number 14 and had great service Thank you AJ! We really enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

FOOD- Dinner Box: chicken katsu, 6 CA rolls, 2 shu mai, steam rice, 2 slices of oranges. Everything was pretty good. No sauce sauce was provided. 3.5/5SERVICE: I was told by my friends who got there before I did that the reserved rooms were not ready on time but they were still charged the full amount. Also, there's an 18% cleaning fee and system fee which doesn't include gratuity. We were told the room fits 15 people but we barely fit 10 people on the couch. Some of us had to stand. And luckily, some people didn't show up. Or else it would have been too tight. 1/5FINAL THOUGHTS: The food was decent. Karaoke was fun but expensive. Their system was okay.

Food was great! And we ordered lots of it. Only one bartender on behind the bar.. Bar was slamming, wait times wayyy too long. Service in our room was basically nonexistent. I had to keep running out to find someone. That put a huge damper on my experience. As a group we made our own good time . I personally would not rush back .Kid-friendliness: For the three teens in our group it was ok. They were with us in our room supervised at all times . As far as any friendliness from staff , I did not notice any outgoing gestures.Parking: Parking was difficult to find.

Cool little place. Pricey. Only issue I had was the music selection. I think there should be a bigger selection of other kinds of music. We mainly listen to Spanish and we had to use our phones to play music. Some don't know lyrics so we had to hold our phones. Would of been nice to have music and lyrics on the screens.Food: 3/5
