Koshi Eats - Sacramento
Koshi Eats
Description
Tucked across a small cinema, this compact spot serves fresh sushi and comforting ramen—bright unagi, generous seafood bowls, and crisp hand rolls, with friendly, attentive service and fair prices.
Quality can vary: broths or chashu are sometimes under-seasoned or swapped for pork belly, noodles occasionally clump, and gyoza or orders can be inconsistent—still worth a visit for a quick, satisfying Japanese meal if you accept sporadic shortcomings.

This is the worse ramen bowl i ever eaten. Chashu and egg, the souls of a ramen bowl tasted blank. They are very under-seasoned and such a disappointment. Maybe because i ordered when they are about to close? if that is true then they are very irresponsible. They shouldnt take order when they cant make sure that it at least tastes okay. I am not a picky eater but $18 for a ramen bowl this bad is not worth it.
Idk what sorcery theyre practicing in the kitchen, but damn, its amazing! one of the best ramen Ive had. the only unfortunate thing is, this restaurant doesnt have beef broth ramen. GYOZA (7) was delicious, too. Well done!!
Some dishes are a bit on the expensive side. I received just three shrimp for nearly four dollars. However, everything is very delicious, and the portions are generous enough to last for several meals, especially if you get extra noodles.
Oh my goodness, really?! I just got my order and the noodles were hard and clumped together. At the very least, you should try to put some care into your food instead of just taking my money. The soup was extremely basic compared to other places. I also ordered the gyoza, and that was terrible. It's frustrating that I can’t trust reviews anymore. I've tried so many restaurants and I keep ending up disappointed.
