Stopped for lunch at 1 pm on a Tuesday. Yes it was after the lunch rush and you could tell. The chicken was so over cooked and dried out I could not bite through the meat of some pieces.

Y'all I am not the type to write reviews but after being thrice scorned... Management. Please retrain your staff. Unless the goal is to forget adding items to save product and still earn money in which case- your team is doing great. This is the third time this KFC has forgotten at least one of my items. This visit was especially lovely. The gentleman taking orders seemed fed up. Didn't know one of the items I was ordering meanwhile I'm staring at a giant promo sign.. he seemed irritated that I asked for it then I ask for no ice in my drink (which he also seemed annoyed by) and I swear this mf is filled to the brim lmao They asked me to park- that's fine. I get it. But then they bring my stuff out and it's missing an item. I go in and get told it's in there... go back to check thinkin I'm trippin and nope. Not in there. So I have to go back in and again they're all like annoyed... I just want my food man- chicken, no beef. Then I get home and realize I was also only given one of my fries. So I was shorted two items from the jump. Literally HOW does this happen every time I come here?????? Pls get a grip

Great new 'BBQ BURGER ' combo meal reasonably priced under $15.00 with 'Lemon Milk Shake ' on Tuesday

As a fast food employee, this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. My mother I went here TODAY to go buy my sister Fried chicken for her birthday; we used a $12 off coupon! Only we couldn't switch out the sides, even though you can do that at literally any other fast food place, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was it didn't take off $12, it took off $5. Now considering we already couldn't switch out the sides this was not okay. I am in no way blaming the employees for the coupon not working or not being able to switch out the sides. BUT what is the issue is the fact that when we asked about the price we got no answer about why it was still so much the cashier didn't communicate that the coupon doesn't work as it says, only takes off $5. On top of all of that, after not being able to change out the sides we bought an extra side (macaroni) only to drive home and NOT HAVE THE MACARONI. Now I agree we should have checked the bags first before leaving. But overall this is not okay, and absolutely terrible service. I will NEVER be going here again.
