Ihop - Sacramento

This was my first visit to this location, and I will definitely return. The staff is fantastic. We were seated immediately, our order was taken promptly, and everything arrived hot and accurate! The waitress was exceptional!

Although my food wasn't ready at the pick-up time indicated in the app, the manager took the time to explain the ordering process to me. I really appreciated that. He also kindly offered me a free drink while I waited.

We visited after 10:00 PM and dined in with our kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. They patiently answered our children's questions and provided detailed explanations about the food options and the happy hour menu. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the food is very good. The kids ordered pancakes, fries, and milkshakes, and they loved everything! They especially appreciated the friendly interactions with the staff. There was also plenty of parking available out front. Overall, it's a great place to dine with family.

Customer service and cleanliness are there strong suits, but the prices aren?t worth the quality nor serving sizes offered. I ordered a side of fries for $4.34 and got this (picture). My breakfast burrito?s bacon had no flavor, essentially just a bunchof egg and bland additions. I usually only go when I?m desperate and want something close to home, but this was definitely mylast visit.

That one place you've been going to for years.. with that one waitress who remembers you and your family and tells you it's good to see you guys again.. can't beat that.. Plus the food is Good ???????? Love the way the changed the menu up some ????????can't go wrong with pancakes ????????
