Chocolate Fish takes their roasting seriously, creating truly excellent beverages. The staff is consistently amazing, and after a few visits, they will remember your name and greet y... What Chaz DuBuque doesn't like about Chocolate Fish Coffee:
if they want an espresso as dark and strong as a motor oil, this is not the right load for them. fortunately, this is not very popular at the moment, so that is enough for most mortal. Took my daughter and her friend after a long day. I had the Buttermilk Brined Pork Chop. It was by far the most flavorful chop I ever had! They serve it with a sweet jam, creamy corn hash and sweet potatoes. I highly recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed!
Disclaimer: the 4 stars might get up to 5 on subsequent visitation : I have no problems with Chocolate Fish--Great coffee, knowledgeable folks making it (and who very successfully helped me pick out one of their four coffee offerings that would suit me , peaceful patio setting (or was on a Sunday morning . Not too expensive; not dirt cheap.
Baristas are friendly and get them drinks pretty fast and still pretty latte art! the seating are somewhat limited, but if they take a seat, the environment is warm and welcoming overall.

Fast and friendly service, I had a tasty drip coffee on the way to see a client downtown. Parking can be a challenge here. There is lots of outdoor seating available but not much indoors.
