Burger King #1450 - Sacramento

At the drive up was a notice that due to supply chain issues the were out of lettuce. That 's not really a big deal because I 'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce and I was going to take the meal home and had better leaf lettuce there. Then I learned they nolonger serve shakes. Also not a deal killer as McDonald 's is next door. I prefer the flame-brouled Whopper to McDonald 's burgersand the chicken nuggets and fries are comparable so I continued my transaction then went to McDonald 's for the shake.

So I ordered the $6.99 deal and I added bacon to one of the Whoppers and then I said no onions and made the other Whopper because I'm vegetarian. they told me there were no small cups so they'd have to give me medium and said they have to charge mefor it even though there was no small cups not my fault so it was fine I didn't really care honestly. Lastly I'mI got 3 rodeoburgers and those were okay however my impossible had bacon on it and husbands Whopper had onions on it and my husband can't eatit now cu he's deathly allergic to onions. neither me or my husband could eat he's allergic to onions and I don't eat meat soour burgers are home and untouched $27 wasted. Service provided has always been great. These guys are nice people , down toearth,laid back and awesome, but this time as far as food goes very disappointing my husband never wants to go to any BurgerKing ever again

Whopper was horrible it was completely SLATHERED in mayo and ketchup like I had asked for extra extra mayo but I didn't. It was disgusting.

Service is AMAZING for a fast food restaurant. I've never had them get my order wrong. Never. Best burger king in Sacramento

They don't give you a receipt unless you ask and they pick and choose when you can do 2 orders. Food is sometimes reheated or taste like cardboard 2 stars is because I know a few people who work there and they still make the effort to go the extra milelike the manager richard.
